London-based Trio Goldrain Joins Forces with Future Chord, Prepares for Debut EP
Today, we’re excited to announce the latest addition to the Future Chord roster — UK outfit Goldrain.
Storming onto the scene in 2019 behind the talents of Barbara Dudek (vocals and keys), Harrison Moore (drums) and Owen Smalley (guitar), the trio creates stunning dream pop wonderlands — with roots watered by jazz harmonies that fit perfectly alongside Hiatus Kaiyote, Crumb, and the late Amy Winehouse.
The band travelled to Impression Studios in Berlin last fall to record their debut EP Mysteries, set for release in late 2020. Built and run by Moore’s older brother Robbie, the studio has worked with famed acts from Florence and the Machine to Babyshambles and Eric Mingus.
Check out a preview of their upcoming single “Atlantis” below — which premieres worldwide tomorrow. And be sure to follow Goldrain on Facebook, Instagram, and Spotify to stay in the loop.
